The present manual describes the handling of the ADABAS Windows Clients in a Microsoft Windows 3.1 environment.
ADABAS Windows Clients offer the proven and well-known ADABAS end user tools QUERY and LOAD, as well as the ADABAS programming interface with the C/C++ precompiler in the Windows environment.
As the familiar functionality has been mainly maintained, this manual merely describes the special aspects in working with the ADABAS Clients under Windows. It combines the information necessary to start and use the ADABAS end user tools QUERY and LOAD, the ADABAS programming interface and the Oracle CALL Interface in a Windows environment.
The functionality of the ADABAS tools (QUERY, LOAD, precompilers) is not described in this manual which is intended to be a complement of the corresponding manuals.
