- a Windows Socket DLL complying with the Windows Socket Specification 1.1, e.g., Novell LAN WorkPlace Windows Sockets or TCP/IP for Windows for Workgroups (TCP/IP communication via Windows Sockets)
or
- Novell LAN WorkPlace version 4.1 or 4.2 (TCP/IP communication via a special LAN Workplace Socket DLL "wlibsock.dll")
