Before you can use the ADABAS tools under Windows, it may be necessary to make some modifications either in the file AUTOEXEC.BAT or in your user profile to configure the environment for ADABAS. The ADABAS setup program creates the file "autoexec.add" in the ADABAS directory in your local or private WINDOWS directory. The file contains additional specifications or modifications that are required for the work with the ADABAS tools. You can make these modifications yourself, or ask the network administrator or system administrator to modify your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.
