To install the macro template for the link to ADABAS, use the Microsoft Excel Add-In Manager. Click on Tools/Add-Ins to start the Add-In Manager in Microsoft Excel. Use Browse to open the additional macro ADABAS5.XLA or ADABAS7.XLA in the directory <DBROOT>\QUERYPL\MACROS to activate the link elements.
